This Chicken spice coffee cooking rub is a combination of Cumin ,Fennel,Coriander,Sweet Paprika,Turmeric,Sea Salt ,
Black Pepper,Thyme.
Have your coffee and eat it too!
Here’s what to do:

1. Place chicken pieces in a plastic bag
2. Add 50 ml of Olive Oil and 6 heaped teaspoons of your Vegetable Spice/Coffee Rub and add this to the bag
3. Seal the bag and shake vigorously for a few minutes to completely cover the chicken before baking.

 
All the spice and coffee blends work equally well when added to your favourite chicken casserole recipe.

6 teaspoons for 500g of protein will work well for lovely pure and natural flavours.

Pure salt and premium Vietnamese pepper have been added to the blends; however, you may choose to add a little more salt to your taste.
