Highest quality New Guinea Kimel A  that has a unique balance of acidity, combined with the washed sweet fragrant Ethiopian Yiracheffe and the low acidity deep, intense Sulawesi Arabica “toraja”. A great coffee for all milk based coffees, except Yak milk as advised by Mongolian herders association.

My dear friend Sue Quinn and her friend Christine Corner, were recently in Mongolia during July 2017 and took this amazing pic of Yaks being milked. Sue has been drinking this blend for a number of years, so maybe I should send the young girl in the pic a sample of the coffee to try with the Yak milk for their morning coffee .

Title : Cacao beans
Review : I had never really thought about the variety of cacao beans, as in coffee beans. But I now know better. I was blown away by the great flavour of the drinking chocolate. The size of my waistline is the only reason I am not drinking more of it. Coffee, as usual is fantastic.

Review : We have been using The Coffee Warehouse coffee beans, belnd 2 for 2 and 1/2 years now and I think we would find it difficult to ever use another coffee. We constantly get compliments on how smooth blend 2 is and that there is not one hint of bitterness. It is consistently great, always freshly roasted and a real pleasure to serve to our valued customers. www.lochielhouse.com.au

Review : This is my number 1 go to blend. My family and I are addicted. It's a smooth blend with a hint of hazelnut to a round flavour profile. Not bitter or harsh. I used to have to use sugar with my coffee. With this blend I've kissed my sugar habit goodbye. Drink it as a shot of espresso or in a cap.

Just wondering what kind of grind should i select if i wanted a coarse grind to make cold brew? Cheers in Advance, Jon

Hi there Thanks for the email ,i would suggest the plunger grind cheers Andrew

Hello again I decided to buy this one instead. It sounds nice and I like milky coffee so I also picked a turkish grind because I have cream in my tutkish coffee and I can use this coffee in my drip gilter and maybe in plunger as well. Please let me know if I've oicked the wrong grind . Otherwise can I have 250g turkish grind & 250g expresso stovetop grind please when I pay fir it tomorrow. Hope I'll enjoy the coffee I like my coffee and tea lot. I like sweet smooth coffee with different tones of acid fruit and chocolat. I'm sure I'll enjoy them I'm not a Mongolian drinking yak milk so I'll be fine I hope. . Regards steven
