Review : Forget A.I. this is a real review. Whilst there is no simple measure of coffee strength due to the complexities of colour, bitterness, sweetness, caffeine level etc. I think I am safe in saying that your new blend "Good Morning Beautiful" is no shrinking violet. It is in fact quite an extrovert it gets up close and personal and demands an audience…… and you better listen as it has plenty to say. While not as complex or nuanced as some of your other blends it will definitely suit the drinker who likes a big bold shot of "wake the f..k up you dozy zombie” first thing in the morning. Naked extraction on a Londinium lever machine revealed the expected “tiger stripes” and a dark almost oily crema. Light weight latte drinkers will no doubt cut back to a single shot instead of their usual double so expect to see less coffee used and a downward trend in sales as a result. I like peated single malt whiskey at 47% plus abv with no water and no ice and this is the coffee equivalent…. nine and a half out of ten for the style. P.S. It would be ten out of ten but then you would have nowhere to go!
