 Just the mention of a coffee from Tanzania makes coffee addicts run to their espresso machines with a glint in their eye and a shaking tamper.  Mount Kilimanjaro, a dormant volcano in northern Tanzania, is the highest peak in Africa at 19,330 feet. Kilimanjaro's lower slopes provide fertile soil to grow Tanzanian Coffee and the climate provides excellent conditions for coffee trees to thrive. Grown and harvested on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro near the Kenyan border this gourmet African coffee displays many of the characteristics of Kenyan coffee, though much lighter in acidity. This wonderful coffee is shade-grown with banana palms. The Bourbon and Arusha coffee varieties produce an exceptional cup of distinctly African characteristics. 
The Kilimanjaro AA is from one of the largest and oldest estates in Tanzania set in the foothills of the stunning Mount Kilimanjaro .Under the shadow of the Mount Kilimanjaro the plantation also benefits from the cooler climate and the unique climate ,the land remains well irrigated with glacial run off and the temperatures stay cool and moderate .The soil is fertile and volcanic.
The AA Kilimanjaro coffee has tasting notes of Golden honey sweetness mingles irresistibly with forest berries blackberrry notes coated with velvety dark chocolate.
